3. Shenxian porridge treats colds

100g glutinous rice, 20g scallion and ginger, 30ml vinegar:

First, cook the glutinous rice into porridge, then mash the scallion and ginger and add them to the porridge. Boil for 5 minutes, then pour in the vinegar and remove from heat immediately. Take it while it is hot, and cover yourself with a blanket to help the effect of the medicine.
