What causes bad breath? What can I eat to regulate my body?

Bad breath is a problem that bothers many people. Once you have bad breath, it is difficult to completely get rid of the odor no matter whether you brush your teeth or chew gum. Some people with heavy breath don't even dare to speak in public, which causes great trouble to their daily life and even leads to inferiority complex. So, what is the reason why some people have a bad breath? What can I eat to regulate it?

1. Bad breath is generally caused by two reasons. One is oral ulcers or problems with gums and teeth, which cause anaerobic bacteria in the mouth to continue to grow, making bad breath difficult to get rid of.

2 Secondly, it is because of gastrointestinal problems, especially stomach digestion problems and constipation, which lead to acid reflux and nausea, and the sour and smelly smell rises up and takes a long time to dissipate.

3 For bad breath, the most important thing is actually your daily conditioning. It is recommended that people with severe bad breath can eat a vegetarian diet for about half a month, avoid meat and spicy dishes, and eat more vegetables and fruits (onions, ginger, garlic, etc. are not recommended) to make the body lighter, and smooth digestion and bowel movements will make the body clear, with less turbid air in the body, and bad breath will naturally disappear.

4 After meals, you can brush your teeth immediately, or use mouthwash to rinse your mouth to remove the smell. If you have problems such as tooth decay, you can also chew some xylitol. These are all good ways to remove bad breath.

5 In daily life and work, we should reduce the intake of tobacco and alcohol, and reduce the number of dinners. If there is really no other way, we can only use breath freshener spray for a long time to temporarily resist it.
