1. You can drink more mung bean water and take precautions against heatstroke. The room should be ventilated. Drink more water. It is better to eat a light diet and eat more foods rich in protein, vitamin B and vitamin C. Because these water-soluble vitamins are easily excreted with sweat. Drink enough water every day, especially when you sweat a lot, drink some salty soda. Carry necessary anti-heat medicines with you, such as cooling oil, Ren Dan, Shi Di Shui, Feng You Jing, etc., and use them in time if you feel unwell.

2 When engaging in outdoor sports in the mountains, be sure to pay attention to prevention and first aid. It is best to wear a sun hat when going out. Carry anti-heat medication with you. 3. When you feel uncomfortable, don’t continue exercising and don’t let yourself get tired. Find a cool and ventilated place and rest for a while.

4. Carry a bottle of cool salt water with you. During breaks, take a few sips of cool salt water. Or those refreshing drinks with salt are also good.

5 If you have a headache after heatstroke, take off your clothes and lie down quietly. Apply a cool, wet towel to your head. The effect will be better if you use a water bag or an ice bag. Generally, just 30 minutes of sleep will relieve the headache a lot or even eliminate it.

6 Go to the bathroom and take a cold shower. Or you can use 30% alcohol to wipe the skin until it turns red. After taking a shower, you will feel much more comfortable.
