How to deal with burn blisters

Life is full of surprises. Some surprises bring surprises, while others just scare people. Burns are such a shocking surprise, and they are quite common in life. Adults, children, and the elderly have all experienced similar things. As we all know, blisters will appear after a burn, and how to deal with the burn is the most critical. What the elderly say about applying toothpaste and soy sauce is not advisable, as it will aggravate the condition. So let’s talk about how to deal with burn blisters.

First, brew with cold water. If your blisters are caused by recent burns, it is recommended that you rinse the burned area quickly with cold water as soon as possible. You can also apply ice cubes to the burned area if you have them. This method is to help patients relieve the pain of the burned area. Moreover, the blisters that have been washed by waves will form scabs earlier than those that have not been washed by cold water or ice cubes.

Second, if the blisters caused by burns are relatively large, it is recommended to handle them with caution. If there are blisters on the burn area, whether to break them should be analyzed based on the specific situation. Generally, do not break them to avoid leaving scars. After the blisters break, it is recommended to go to the pharmacy to buy some burn medicine and apply it to the affected area, and then buy sterilized gauze to bandage the wound. To prevent the burn from getting infected, which may leave scars.

Third, many people are troubled by the fact that small blisters never break, and they don’t know whether the blisters can be burst. Blisters can be popped as long as the method is correct, but the blisters must be popped with a sterilized needle and cannot be popped with unclean objects. It is recommended that after the small blisters are popped, you can put a Band-Aid on the blister to help the wound heal better.

Note:

When you get scalded, you should immediately shower with cold water and apply ice cubes. For small blisters, you can use a sterilized needle to burst the blisters. When the scald wound is large, apply burn ointment when the blisters burst and then bandage it.
