How to prevent the signs of sudden death

I wonder if you have ever paid attention to the signs of sudden death, because sudden death is not uncommon in life, and there are many reasons for sudden death. Sudden death caused by heart disease is also relatively common. Therefore, we should pay attention to some signs of sudden death, such as sudden sweating of the scalp, palms and soles, or anxiety and insomnia in the absence of strenuous exercise, lack of sleep, or illness. These symptoms should be taken seriously.

Precursor signs of sudden death from heart disease: Before a heart attack, parts of the body such as the neck, back, scalp, palms or soles of the feet will sweat profusely. At this time, you should be alert and be careful of sudden death. It is best to stop activities and rest, take medicine in time, and call 120 immediately if necessary.

The second sign of sudden death from heart disease is extreme fatigue for several days, weeks or even months in the absence of strenuous exercise, lack of sleep or illness, accompanied by symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia, and awakening without symptoms. At this time, heart problems should be considered.

The third sign of sudden death from heart disease: Heart disease patients often feel pain in their shoulders, neck, jaw, and arms. This is a signal of myocardial ischemia, because when the pain of myocardial ischemia is transmitted to the central nervous system of the brain, it will also be reflected in the spinal cord segment area at the same level.

The typical symptom before a heart attack is a sudden or unexplained increase in heartbeat. Once ventricular tachycardia occurs, it is very likely that death will occur suddenly within a short period of time.

Precursor of sudden cardiac death 5. Many patients with sudden cardiac death have repeated gastrointestinal symptoms before death. Many of them have no history of stomach problems. This is one of the signs of a heart attack. Gastrointestinal discomfort is caused by cardiovascular abnormalities. Clogged arteries due to fatty deposits can reduce or even block blood flow to the heart, which can cause angina.
