Can thrombosed hemorrhoids heal on their own?

Thrombosed hemorrhoids are a relatively common type of external hemorrhoids, which are closely related to daily diet. For example, if you often eat spicy and irritating foods, it is easy to cause constipation and lead to rupture of subcutaneous veins around the anus. Of course, sitting for a long time can also easily form such blood clots, which is also very harmful to patients. At this time, timely treatment is required to avoid more adverse effects on health.

Physical therapy magnetotherapy (magnetotherapy), a method of treating diseases by applying magnetic fields to the human body. The magnetic field affects the current distribution in the human body, the movement of charged particles, the permeability of the membrane system, and the magnetic moment orientation of biopolymers, thereby changing the physiological and biochemical processes of tissue cells, producing effects such as analgesia, swelling reduction, and promotion of blood and lymph circulation. my country used magnetic therapy to treat diseases in ancient times. In the early 1960s, ferrite magnets were used to stick to acupuncture points to treat symptoms such as high blood pressure and arthritis. Later, magnetic therapy machines and therapies that applied magnetic fields to clothing, hats, shoes, pants, pads, etc., as well as gyromagnetic therapy, magnetoelectric therapy, and magnetic acupuncture therapy appeared.

Up to now, the rapid development of magnetic therapy in my country in recent years has entered a stage of multi-level, multi-disciplinary, multi-level and in-depth improvement. There are clear demonstrations on the theory, biological effects, clinical indications, methodology, and research on magnetic therapy products. In recent years, NdFeB magnets have been used to make hemorrhoid-eliminating belts and underwear for the treatment of various hemorrhoids, constipation, diarrhea, anal fissures, prolapse, and perianal diseases. They have the functions of dredging meridians, promoting blood circulation, relieving inflammation, relieving pain, improving local blood circulation, and regulating gastrointestinal function. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the magnetic field is used to act on local meridians, acupoints, and local lesions, so that the biomagnetic field can continuously release biological energy, open up blood circulation in the hemorrhoids, eliminate stagnation of qi and blood, open up blocked meridians, eliminate inflammation and swelling and pain, promote the dilution of congested, coagulated or semi-coagulated blood in the lesion area, and restore the normal circulation of blood in the hemorrhoidal veins, thereby gradually shrinking and disappearing the hemorrhoids. Magnetic therapy has become one of the main methods of physical therapy. Many medical technology workers have conducted further research on the mechanism, and a variety of magnetic therapy clothing and magnetic therapy sleep systems are also developing to a higher level.

Prevention 1. The diet should be light, eat less spicy, fried, deep-fried, strong alcoholic and other indigestible and irritating foods, eat more fruits, vegetables and fibrous foods, drink plenty of water, especially bananas, honey and other laxative foods. 2. Do not stand or sit for long periods of time. Increase exercise appropriately, especially pelvic floor exercises. 3. Have bowel movements regularly every day (even if you don’t have a bowel movement, you should go to the toilet regularly to do bowel movement conditioned reflex training). Each bowel movement should not be too long, about 5 minutes is appropriate. 4. Take a sitz bath and steam before and after defecation to keep the anus clean. 5. Drink a glass of warm salt water or cool boiled water every morning to promote intestinal peristalsis. 6. For those who habitually have dry stools, eat 3 to 5 taels of raw cabbage heart after dinner every day (one hour later). 7. If you cannot take a bath immediately after defecation, you can clamp softer multi-layer (2×4 cm) toilet paper around your anus before getting up from the toilet (you can remove it after half an hour). In this way, when walking, the rectal veins can be quickly activated and restored, and blood can return normally.
