Angelica sinensis is a natural medicinal material with particularly outstanding effects. People use angelica sinensis to regulate their bodies and can achieve extremely good results. Therefore, eating angelica sinensis is also a popular health care content in modern life. Although Angelica sinensis has excellent effects, according to traditional Chinese medicine theory, all medicines are toxic, and Angelica sinensis is no exception. Let’s take a look at the contraindications of Angelica sinensis.

1. Excessive dosage: Oral administration of regular dosage of Angelica decoction or powder may occasionally cause fatigue, drowsiness and other reactions, which will disappear after stopping the medication. Acupuncture injection of angelica volatile oil can cause patients to experience fever, headache, dry mouth, nausea and other reactions, which can be relieved on their own. Administration of large doses can lower the blood pressure of experimental animals. Further increases in the dose will cause a sudden drop in blood pressure and respiratory arrest. Angelica angelica ether extract is highly toxic and even a small amount can cause death in experimental animals. Angelica should not be used in excess in clinical practice, and attention should be paid to any adverse reactions after taking the medicine.

2. Allergic reaction: There are reports that acupuncture injection of compound angelica injection can cause anaphylactic shock.

3. Improper use of the medicine: Angelica sinensis is pungent and has a strong fragrance. It is not suitable for people with menorrhagia, bleeding tendency, yin deficiency and internal heat. Improper use of medication will aggravate symptoms such as bleeding and diarrhea.

4. Use with caution if you have spleen dampness, abdominal distension, loose stools or diarrhea; avoid use if you have internal heat and bleeding.

5. Patients with dampness blocking the middle and loose stools should take it with caution. Patients should be afraid of kudzu vine, seaweed, peony root and ginger. Patients with excessive heat and bleeding should not take it. It is not suitable for symptoms such as excessive phlegm, pathogenic heat and fire cough.

When anemia and decreased immunity occur, you can take some angelica. If you find it troublesome, you can drink it directly by soaking it in water. However, if you want angelica to have a better effect, you can make it into a dietary therapy. However, it should be noted that you should not take too much angelica at one time. If you have an allergic reaction, you should stop taking it. Therefore, people must pay attention to these issues when eating angelica to prevent difficult problems caused by improper eating.
