The fastest way to dredge the meridians of the whole body

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, it is very important to dredge the meridians. There is a saying that goes, if the meridians are unblocked, there will be no pain, and if there is pain, the meridians are blocked. If the meridians are blocked, people will often feel very tired and weak, which often leads to the occurrence of some diseases. When the meridians are blocked, some methods must be used to dredge them. The most common ones are some exercise methods, which are more effective in dredging the meridians.

The fastest way to dredge the meridians of the whole body

1. Combing: Combing your hair often will prevent your hair from turning gray . Combing your hair often can not only improve blood circulation in the scalp, dredge the meridians, and regulate the blood vessels, but also relieve fatigue, improve nerve function, and help sleep. When combing your hair, start from one side of your temple, gradually transition to the top of your head, and then to the other side of your temple. Among them, the temples and forehead are where white hair is most likely to grow, so they need to be combed more often. Be careful to be gentle, and do it about 200 times a day until you feel your scalp warm.

2. "Ironing Eyes": Rub your hands together to warm them up, and then cover your eyes lightly with your palms . Close your eyes naturally, and slowly rotate your eyeballs clockwise for a few weeks, and then rotate them counterclockwise accordingly. The time should be controlled within 5 minutes. The warmth of your palms, coupled with the rotation and stretching of your eyeballs, will speed up the metabolism of your eyes, replenish your blood, and improve your vision. However, please note that you need to keep your hands and eyes clean when ironing your eyes; and the technique should be gentle. Pressing too hard will put pressure on the eyeballs, causing sudden blurred vision.

3. Lift: Lift your neck to protect the cervical vertebrae . Five important meridians, including the Du meridian, bladder meridian, small intestine meridian, gallbladder meridian and triple burner meridian, all pass through the back of the neck. However, the roads here are narrow and there are many cars, so it is easy for qi and blood to stagnate. "Crane Drinking Water": Raise the neck, straighten the head and chest, and stick the chin forward; then retract the chin, lower the head slightly, and repeat the above movements with the head raised and chest straightened. The slower you practice, the better. 8 to 10 times is appropriate. It should be noted that people with cervical spondylosis should move more gently and do things within their ability.

4. Rotate: Rotate the arm. The shoulder is the joint with the largest range of motion in the human body. It is the door axis of the body. Rotate it frequently so that the shoulder joint will not be stiff. "Dragon head and phoenix wings" is an effective health care method. "Dragon head" describes the body with the head held high and the neck erect, and "phoenix wings" is a metaphor for the arms opening and closing like bird wings. When practicing, place your hands naturally on your shoulders, turn your waist to the left, swing your right arm forward around the shoulder joint, swing your left arm backward, stretch your elbows forward and backward to form a straight line, and then practice in the opposite direction. Regular exercise can also help eliminate back pain. Your movements may not be standard at the beginning. Don't be impatient. You should do it according to your ability and proceed step by step.

5. Rotate: Rotate the wrist to prevent stiffness. Keeping the hands in one posture for a long time can easily lead to fatigue and illness, and symptoms such as numbness of the hands, burning pain, swollen wrist joints, inflexibility, and weakness may occur. While working or entertaining on the computer, consciously rotating the wrist joint is a simple and effective way to relieve the pain. By fully rotating the wrist, you can stimulate important acupoints such as the Shenmen point of the Heart Meridian and the Taiyuan point of the Lung Meridian, which can not only relax the muscles and promote blood circulation, but also protect the heart and lungs.

6. Expand: Expand your chest and strengthen your breathing . The chest is an important part of the human body's health. The Danzhong point, also known as the "Qihui point", means that all diseases related to "qi", such as qi stagnation, qi deficiency, etc. can be treated at this point. If the Qi in Danzhong is stagnant, it is easy to cause feelings of stuffiness, soreness, etc. To maintain chest health, the key is to "expand". Make fists with both hands, straighten your arms, put them in front of your chest, and then open them to both sides. Do not bend your arms during the entire process. Open and close your arms 20 to 30 times, allowing your entire chest to open and close accordingly. Regular practice can not only maintain the health of the Danzhong point, but also stimulate the Ren meridian, indirectly regulate the spleen meridian, pericardium meridian and other yin meridians of the human body, and relieve physical weakness.
