It is soaked in 72% concentrated sulfuric acid for 2 to 3 seconds, washed with clean water, treated with glycerin, and dried to form a hard, film-like material. Sulfuric acid paper is solid, dense and slightly transparent. It has strong resistance to penetration by grease and water, is airtight, and has high wet strength. It is waterproof, moisture-proof, oil-proof, and can kill bacteria and disinfect. The main quality indicators related to the printing process: 1) Quantity: divided into three grades according to 2 levels, grade A 75g/m2, grade B 60g/m2, grade C 45g/m2; 2) Tightness: ≥0.70g/cm3; 3) Breaking length (vertical and horizontal average): grade A ≥5000m, grade B ≥4500m, grade C ≥4000m; 4) Burst resistance: dry - grade A ≥270kPa, grade B ≥250kPa, grade C ≥230kPa; wet - grade A ≥130kPa, grade B ≥120kPa, grade C ≥110kPa; 5) Oil permeability: ≤4 pieces/100cm2; 6) pH value: 7.0±1.0; 7) Moisture: 6.0%±1.0%.
