Some people sweat a lot due to congenital reasons, such as more developed sweat glands and stronger sympathetic nervous system reactions than others. Some people sweat a lot due to acquired reasons, such as not supplementing calcium and zinc in childhood, feeling tired, weak, short of breath, and chills. At the same time, sweating may also be pathological, such as hyperthyroidism, hypoglycemia, etc. Suggestions: Hypocalcemia is prone to occur after sweating.
