How to treat foot odor and sweat?

It is a hot summer now, so sandals have become a fashion trend on the streets. Sandals of various types and colors keep people's feet very cool, but for a certain type of friends, they dare not wear sandals. Because feet are always sweating, they may have smelly feet, which would be very embarrassing if other people smelled them. So, how do you treat foot odor and excessive sweating in your feet?

Treatment is done by soaking your feet at night. Soaking feet at night, many people just soak their feet, soaking feet with hot water, everyone knows it. However, although this kind of foot soaking can relieve fatigue, it is not very beneficial for foot odor. It is best to add a little rice vinegar to the hot water when soaking your feet, and then soak your feet for more than ten minutes. This can effectively remove foot odor after five consecutive days.

Adding rice vinegar is just one of the methods. You can also add tea leaves or salt when soaking your feet, especially coarse salt is best. Then soak your feet. While soaking, rub your feet vigorously with both hands. Do this for fifteen minutes. If you do this for a week, it will effectively reduce foot odor.

When you wash your feet at night, if you don’t want to put those things in, and you happen to have alum, adding some alum can also effectively reduce foot odor. However, the soaking time of alum should not be too long. Your feet should be dried after eight or nine minutes at most.

If you have vinegar made from soaked Laba garlic at home, that would be the best. Using this Laba vinegar can not only treat athlete's foot, but also has a good effect on foot odor. Dip a cotton swab in Laba vinegar and apply it to the entire surface of your feet. This will effectively control and cure the disease.

If you like to wear sneakers or leather shoes, it is best to wipe the shoes with alcohol after taking them off after coming back home at day's end. Dip a cotton swab in alcohol and apply it all over the inside of the shoe. Then place it on the balcony to dry naturally. This will effectively remove the odor in the shoe and reduce foot odor.

Sometimes, foot odor comes from shoes and socks. If you don’t want your feet to smell bad, it’s best to change your socks every day and keep them clean. Always remember to dry your shoes in the sun and keep the inside of your shoes dry. For people who exercise regularly, it is best not to wear sports shoes too often. It is better to wear cloth shoes from time to time for better results.
