We are all afraid of pain, because the feeling of pain will not only make our bodies uncomfortable, but also distract us and prevent us from concentrating on studying or working. Among all the pains, toothache is a higher level pain. As the saying goes, toothache can cost you half your life. Toothache may last for a while, or it may occur from time to time. What should we do when faced with toothache?

1. How to quickly relieve toothache caused by wind and fire: 2 grams of baking soda (or alkali), add honey to make a paste, apply it on a cotton ball, and then bite the cotton ball on the painful area. Do this twice a day and it can be cured in one day.

2. How to relieve toothache caused by excessive heat: soak 10 peppercorns in 50 grams of white wine. After 10 minutes, take out the peppercorns and hold the white wine in the affected area in your mouth to stop the toothache immediately.

6. How to quickly relieve toothache caused by wind and insects: Peel a single garlic clove, heat it on the stove, cut it while it is hot, apply it to the painful area, and replace it when the garlic cools down. Repeat several times to achieve results. Cut the ginger into small pieces and place them on the painful area of ​​the tooth, changing them every 20 minutes. Taking it twice a day can also relieve pain.

7. Anti-inflammatory and analgesic: 120 grams of aged vinegar and 6 grams of peppercorns, boil with water, let cool, gargle several times, can reduce inflammation and relieve pain.

14. Open your mouth less. Cold air will cause toothache when it comes into contact with problematic teeth. Don’t open your mouth wide when speaking. Cover your mouth when yawning to avoid severe toothache.

15. (5) A quick temper and being easily angered can cause toothache, so it is advisable to keep an open mind and a calm mood.

(6) Keep bowel movements smooth and prevent fecal toxins from rising.

(7) Avoid eating hard food, and avoid eating sour, cold, or hot food.
