Seven months pregnant buttocks pain

Seven months pregnant buttocks pain

Pregnant woman. Since the baby is in the belly, it will have a great impact on the body. The pregnant woman's pelvis will also become deformed. Pregnant women should not sit often, as this may cause compression of bone nerves. Some pregnant women experience pain in the buttocks after seven months of pregnancy. This may be caused by fetal compression. Let’s take a look at what causes buttock pain when you are seven months pregnant.

This is because the increased weight of the abdomen causes excessive pressure on the legs and buttocks, and pain will occur if you maintain a posture for a long time. As the fetus grows rapidly, it compresses the sciatic nerve, causing such symptoms. These symptoms will gradually improve after the baby is born. Belly pain is the result of overstretching of the abdominal muscle fibers.

This condition is caused by the influence of endocrine factors during pregnancy, especially before childbirth, which makes the sacroiliac joints and pubic symphysis cartilage and ligaments become soft. During childbirth, the pubic symphysis and both sacroiliac joints are slightly separated, causing the pelvis to expand temporarily, which is conducive to the delivery of the fetus. Most parturients have their progesterone secretion return to normal after childbirth, and the loose ligaments and cartilage also return to normal.

There are several ways to reduce the discomfort caused by this change. 1. Place a pillow between your legs when sleeping. 2. Move your feet and hips in parallel or symmetrically when in bed. 3. Stand with your legs symmetrically. 4. Avoid sitting astride. 5. Place an ice pack on your pubic bone. 6. Place a lumbar pillow behind your back when sitting. 7. Get a massage for your lower back. 8. Avoid lifting heavy objects.

Lower back pain may be caused by calcium deficiency. Pregnant women are advised to supplement calcium by taking calcium tablets or eating foods high in calcium such as shrimp, soy products, and milk. As for buttock pain, most people will have it to some extent, and if it is serious, you can go to the hospital for a check-up. This may be because the baby presses on the pain nerves when sitting in the womb.

It may take several days for the baby to be born, and the symptoms will become more and more obvious as the months go by. However, no matter how painful it is, pregnant women should not take medicine to avoid affecting the health of the child.
