What ointment can cure chickenpox quickly?

What ointment can cure chickenpox quickly?

I don’t know if you have ever had chickenpox in your life. Chickenpox was also called smallpox in ancient times. It can be said to be a relatively deadly disease. Because science and technology were not very developed at that time, but now getting chickenpox is like catching a cold, which is easier to treat, but the process is more painful. So what kind of ointment can be used to cure chickenpox quickly?

If you have chickenpox, please pay attention to the following points:

1. Drink more water and detoxify more;

2. Rest in bed more often and try not to go out;

3. Don’t go out and wander around. There are many bacteria in crowded places, and wounds are prone to infection.

4. Stay out of the sun and don’t go out when it’s sunny or windy;

Here are the foods not to eat:

1. Do not eat seafood products;

2. Soy products can be eaten in small amounts;

3. Avoid greasy food, ginger, chili and other irritating foods and hair-raising foods. Avoid eating hot and nourishing foods.

4. Never eat soy sauce, otherwise there will be scars, and there will be some black here;

5. It is advisable to give easily digestible and nutritious liquid or semi-liquid diets. It is advisable to drink mung bean soup, silver flower dew, wheat soup, porridge, noodles, dragon beard egg noodles, etc.

6. Do not eat beef, mutton, or chicken;

Next is how to care:

1. The temperature in the skin care room should be appropriate, the clothes should be loose and soft, the bedding should be clean and not too thick, and should be changed and washed frequently to avoid causing discomfort to the child and increasing itching. Keep your hands clean, cut your nails short, and infants and young children can wear gloves to avoid scratching the skin, secondary infection or scarring. Generally, varicella rash without complications does not require special treatment, only symptomatic treatment. When the skin is itchy and noisy, try to distract the patient, or bathe with warm water, apply 0.25% borneol calamine lotion or 5% sodium bicarbonate solution topically, or take oral antihistamines. When the herpes breaks, apply 1% gentian violet. For secondary infection, use antibiotic ointment topically or take oral antibiotics to control the infection. It has been reported that a single subcutaneous injection of 0.3 to 1 ml of the measles live attenuated vaccine will result in all herpes blisters within 48 hours and no new rashes will appear, with significant efficacy. Irradiating the rash with a therapeutic device can relieve itching, prevent secondary infection, and accelerate the drying up of herpes and the shedding of scabs.

2. Most children with lower body temperature only have moderate or low fever and do not need to use antipyretic drugs. Instead, they can control the room temperature, drink plenty of water, and rest in bed until their body temperature returns to normal. At the same time, provide easily digestible food and good oral care.

3. Disease observation: The clinical course of varicella is generally smooth. Disseminated varicella, pneumonia and encephalitis may occur occasionally. Careful observation and early detection should be made, and appropriate treatment and care should be given.

4. Avoid using adrenal cortex hormone drugs (including hormone ointments) because they can cause the virus to multiply and spread in the body, worsening the condition. Once children who are treated with hormones for other diseases come into contact with patients with chickenpox, they should be given an intramuscular injection of a larger dose of immunoglobulin (0.4-0.6 ml/kg) or herpes zoster immune globulin (0.1 ml/kg) immediately in order to alleviate the condition. If chickenpox has occurred, efforts should be made to reduce the dosage gradually over a short period of time and gradually stop the medication.

5. To prevent the spread of infection, respiratory isolation should be performed until all herpes scabs have formed or 7 days have passed since the rash appeared. To keep the indoor air fresh, childcare institutions have been using ultraviolet disinfection. Avoid contact with susceptible children. For contacts of high-risk groups, immunoglobulin or herpes zoster immune globulin can be injected intramuscularly. In recent years, foreign countries have tried to use live attenuated varicella-zoster virus vaccines to immunize susceptible people.

6. Home care Generally, those without complications can be treated and cared for at home. Nurses should provide home visits to provide guidance on isolation and disinfection, skin care, prevention of secondary infection, and observation of the patient's condition, and remind family members that cortical hormones are contraindicated during the course of the disease.
