Why is my waist sore?

Why is my waist sore?

There are many different types of low back pain, such as twitching pain. There are also contractions or frequent pains. However, there is still a burning pain, which shows that the disease of the waist is urgent. The cause needs to be found and treated in time. The causes of lower back pain are complex, so what causes the burning pain in the lower back?

What are the causes of low back pain?

1. Lumbar muscle strain

If you are engaged in hairdressing, sales, textile and other related work that requires standing for long periods of time, the stretching ability of the waist and ligaments will be weakened due to long-term standing, and excessive lactic acid will be formed locally, leading to lumbar strain and causing back pain. Carrying heavy objects for a long time will make the body bear too much weight, which will cause lumbar muscle strain and cause low back pain.

2. Lumbar spine disease

The lumbar spine is the hub of human trunk movement and all body activities increase the burden on the lumbar spine. With age, the symptoms of lumbar nerve compression will worsen. Excessive activity and overload will accelerate the aging of the lumbar spine. Severe lumbar degenerative diseases can cause low back and leg pain and even nerve damage, affecting work ability and quality of life.

3. Contusion and sprain

A sprain is an acute sprain of the soft tissues of the waist, including muscles, ligaments, fascia, joints, and facet joints. More common in young and middle-aged people.

When the body is overloaded with weight, coupled with incorrect posture and uncoordinated movements, and without proper preparation before lifting heavy objects, the large range of motion may cause a sprained waist. If coughing or sneezing occurs at this time, the pain will be aggravated, and in severe cases it will be difficult to walk.

Treatments for low back pain

1. Correct posture

Whether standing or sitting, we must maintain good sitting habits. Some friends lean forward when sitting, or stand with a bent back, which will put too much pressure on the waist, put the muscles in a tense state, and cause back pain.

2. Exercise with your back against a hard object

When you get up in the morning, you can lean your back against a tree or other place to lean on, and gently lean on it for a few minutes. This can effectively stimulate the lumbar nerves and make you feel very comfortable.

3. Leg exercises

It is very important for people with back pain to exercise their legs well. They should do some leg exercises regularly, such as running and squats to increase leg strength. The legs have enough strength to share the burden on the waist and back, effectively alleviating the symptoms of low back pain.
