Who should not drink single-legged gold?

Striga is an annual parasitic herb that often parasitizes on corn, rice, sorghum, wheat, sugarcane, oats, rye, eucalyptus and Sudan grass weeds. Farmers will try to weed it, but the key is that it is difficult to get to work. Who is not suitable to drink single-legged gold? As nutrients and moisture are absorbed by the golden bottom, the crops will dry up or develop poorly, the plants will be slender, and the dead crops will look like they have been burned.

[Medicinal part]: The whole plant of the monopod plant Strigosa ternata of the Scrophulariaceae family is used as medicine.

[Origin and Distribution]: It grows mostly in low-altitude barren mountain grasslands, field edges, valleys, cultivated land, etc., and often parasitizes on the roots of herbaceous plants in the Poaceae family. It is distributed in tropical regions of Asia and Africa. In my country, it is mainly distributed in provinces and regions from southwest to southeast, including Hainan, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, etc.

The leaves are opposite in the lower part and alternate in the upper part. They are sessile, linear or narrowly ovate, 5 to 12 mm long and 1 to 2 mm wide, but the lowest leaves are often degenerated into scales. The flowers are white, pink, yellow and red. They bloom from April to October and are solitary in the upper leaf axils; there are 2 bracts, linear or lanceolate, 2-4 mm long; the calyx is tubular, fleshy, 6-7 mm long, the calyx teeth are linear-lanceolate, 2-2.5 mm long, the corolla is yellow or sometimes pink, about 1.3 cm long, the corolla tube is narrow, covered with short glandular hairs, and the upper part suddenly bends downward; the crown brim is two-lipped, the upper lip is shorter, slightly emarginate or 2-lobed at the apex, the lower lip is 3-lobed, and the upper lip is about half the length of the lower lip; there are 4 stamens, hidden inside, and there is 1 anther chamber; the style is rod-shaped at the top.
