Who is not suitable to eat Huohu

Huohu is a very precious health product, which has a very good effect of prolonging life for the human body. Because Huoshan Dendrobium has very harsh growing conditions, its natural output is extremely rare. There are many types of Dendrobium on the market, and most of them call themselves Huoshan Dendrobium or Tiepi Fengdou. In fact, only the best quality Huoshan Dendrobium is called Tiepi Fengdou, and its price is more than ten yuan per gram, or even more expensive.

Huohu has the effects and functions of nourishing the stomach and producing body fluid, nourishing yin and clearing away heat, and improving eyesight. It is often used for yin damage and body fluid deficiency, dry mouth and thirst, poor appetite and retching, deficiency heat after illness, and blurred vision. Although the nutritional value of Dendrobium is high, not everyone can eat it. According to the characteristics of Dendrobium that it nourishes yin, clears heat, and is slightly cold, and according to the basic theory of health preservation, the Yin-Yang theory, any diagnosis and treatment must first examine the Yin-Yang. Therefore, people who are afraid of cold should not eat Dendrobium, including the following types of people.

(1) Symptoms of yang deficiency and cold-dampness include fear of cold, cold pain in the stomach, loose stools, pale tongue, greasy white tongue coating, and weak and thready pulse.

(2) Symptoms of damp-heat include a sticky and bitter taste in the mouth, a red tongue, and a thick, greasy yellow tongue coating.

(3) Cold symptoms include chills, fever, nasal congestion, body aches, or headaches.

(4) Young children and pregnant women should consume this product with caution. If necessary, please consume it under the guidance of a doctor.

(5) Dendrobium is cold in nature and should not be taken by women during menstruation. Taking Dendrobium at this time may cause dysmenorrhea and physical discomfort

In addition, normal people should also pay attention to controlling the amount of Huoshan Dendrobium they consume, as eating too much can easily cause diarrhea. Excessive intake of dendrobium may inhibit the heart and breathing and lower blood pressure. You must be more cautious when using it to treat diseases. You must take it according to the doctor's instructions and do not increase the dosage without authorization, otherwise it may cause adverse reactions and harm your health. Generally, 5 grams of fresh Huoshan Dendrobium and 2 grams of Dendrobium officinale per day can meet the body's conditioning needs. The amount is not important, but persistence is the key.
