Those who have recovered should pay more attention to rest, use crutches to reduce weight, and avoid aggravating the condition. This is also a kind of auxiliary treatment. If conservative treatment fails, surgical replacement of the femoral head can be considered. The cure criteria for the early, middle and late stages are different. There will be no pain symptoms after clinical cure in the early stage of femoral head necrosis.

3. The treatment of stage III femoral head necrosis mainly relies on surgery. Vascularized bone transplantation is also an effective method. Many patients have achieved good results with this surgical treatment. But on the other hand, it is equivalent to an artificial fracture, so its healing and getting out of bed time is similar to that of a fracture, that is, you need to stay in bed and not bear any weight for 2-3 months after the operation, but getting out of bed must be done with the doctor's consent, and X-rays should be checked regularly to observe the efficacy of the operation, so as to determine the time for functional exercises to get out of bed. The patient had surgery four months ago, and according to the general healing time of surgery, he can now walk. However, he must have an X-ray before walking to confirm that the surgery has healed well. He can only walk with the consent of his attending physician. It is best to walk with crutches and walk slowly at the beginning.
