Men's health issues are also one of the topics that many men are concerned about. In many cases, sexually transmitted diseases are actually an unspeakable pain for them. Some men experience symptoms of cervical ulceration. What is going on? Generally speaking, this symptom is often a manifestation of inflammation and sexually transmitted diseases. In severe cases, it may even be a symptom of penile cancer. Therefore, when cervical ulcer occurs, you must not take it lightly and go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time. 1. Genital warts: One possibility is genital warts, but other possibilities are not ruled out. Ulcers may occur at the urethral opening, and at the beginning of the disease, they appear as light pink or dirty red millet-sized growths, which are soft in nature, with slightly pointed tips, and gradually grow larger or increase in number. It can develop into a papillary or cystic shape, with a slightly wider base or bands and granules on the surface. 2. Gonorrhea: This disease usually causes ulcers at the urethral opening, and gonorrhea is also accompanied by urethral pain, which may be mild or severe. The pain worsens with urination, especially at the beginning of urination. Due to pain during urination, people are afraid to urinate, resulting in interrupted urination. 3. Genital herpes: The urethral opening may also become red, and there may also be itching symptoms. The patient will experience systemic symptoms such as burning and itching, occasional fatigue, discomfort and slight fever. Temporary pigmentation may remain after healing. 4. Non-infectious factors are mostly due to the foreskin being too long and not being cleaned enough. The unclean substances between the foreskin and the glans, namely the smegma, will accumulate and stimulate the local foreskin and mucous membrane to cause inflammation. 5. Caused by balanitis. It manifests as erythema on the glans penis, usually with small pustules or papules on the surface. It may also manifest as local edema of the glans mucosa, mild desquamation of the edges, and papules and small pustules that expand to the surrounding area, forming glans erosion. Between the glans penis and the excessively long foreskin, a warm and moist bacterial culture medium is formed due to the desquamated epithelial cells, glandular secretions and smegma bacteria, which can cause inflammation once the bacteria enter. Once the disease is discovered, the foreskin should be turned over and soaked in 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution to clean the affected area, then antibiotic ointment should be applied and antibiotics should be used appropriately. It will usually be cured within a few days. |
