Frequent stabbing pain in the chest

Frequent stabbing pain in the chest

When we were young, we often stayed up late, had irregular diets, smoked, drank, and overate. But when we have problems with our bodies, we begin to pay attention to the importance of health. If we often experience stabbing pain in the chest, do you know what causes it? Many people will be shocked when they encounter this situation because chest pain is very different from other diseases.

There are many reasons for chest pain. The first one I want to tell you is that it may be caused by being angry recently. I think that the so-called anger actually comes from the heart, so it will also cause chest pain.

The second cause of chest pain may be coronary heart disease or heart disease, which will cause chest pain symptoms once stimulated. If this happens, you must take medicine in time and go to the hospital for treatment.

Another reason is stimulation. Generally, young people will experience sudden chest pain when they receive unusual stimulation. People who are usually healthy will also experience chest pain after stimulation, such as the loss of a loved one.

Chest pain may also be caused by incorrect sleeping posture the night before, which puts pressure on the heart and causes discomfort in the heart, such as sleeping on your stomach, which leads to difficulty breathing.

Another possible cause may be dietary discomfort, such as drinking too much liquor or other irritating foods, which may also cause chest pain.

Although everyone has pain in the middle of the chest, different people have different symptoms. This is because the diseases that cause pain in the middle of the chest are different. In some cases, if we can clearly know the symptoms of pain in the middle of the chest, we can find out the cause of the disease based on the symptoms.

If the angina pectoris is caused by coronary heart disease, you will feel pain when you exercise vigorously, such as running, climbing stairs, etc., but the pain will stop when you stop. This pain usually lasts for five to ten minutes.

If chest pain is caused by a pulled chest muscle, the pain usually worsens when you extend your arms or do other activities that require you to use your chest.

If it is gastroesophageal reflux, the patient will feel something coming up when lying down or sleeping due to eating too much. In fact, it is the stomach acid that rises, causing chest distension and burning sensation. This symptom improves after the patient sits up.

If the pain is caused by anxiety, the pain is often located in the entire chest, and the pain usually occurs when you are still, that is, when you have no work to do and nothing to do, rather than when you are working or exercising.
