4. Athlete’s foot (tinea pedis)

It is a skin infection caused by fungi. Athlete's foot is often caused by excessive sweating and moisture on the feet or poor ventilation of shoes and socks.

Do not touch things that are allergic to you, do not let your feet get wet, keep your feet dry, ventilated and breathable, do not wear shoes that cover your feet, choose shoes that expose more of your feet, which will help you recover faster.

Wash your feet frequently, wipe them clean after washing, and then apply medicine. Do not scratch them with your hands to avoid infection on your hands. Do not touch your clothes or quilts to avoid indirect infection. Wash them frequently to prevent infection to others.
