Then put it in the refrigerator and freeze it until it solidifies, which takes about two hours or more. Take it out and press the edge of the mold with a spoon to let the air out, so that it can be turned upside down. Because it is caramel, it should be turned upside down. When it is turned upside down, eat it. It is sweet and smooth, and it is really delicious, especially the caramel part. I used two recipes to modify it. It is very easy. The main thing is that when making caramel, it should not be burnt. It is much easier than steaming or baking, and it tastes very good.
