What is scrotal eczema?

In today's society, more and more strange diseases are appearing in people. A big reason is people's current living and eating habits. These diseases, no matter how serious they are, will always have some impact on people when they appear on them. For example, scrotal eczema is a disease that affects many people now. It is a skin disease.

Speaking of scrotal eczema, I believe many people are troubled by it. It often causes unbearable itching on the body, and the skin becomes ulcerated over time. In this case, it also tells people the benefits of regular diet and lifestyle habits. There are some good prevention and treatment methods that you can share.

Preventive Care:

(1) Underwear should be loose and comfortable, preferably made of pure cotton. Do not wear tight underwear. Change and wash underwear in time, especially after exercise.

(2) In terms of diet, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, avoid or eat less spicy food, avoid smoking, alcohol, coffee, cocoa, spicy food, hot food that causes blood circulation, and avoid moldy, fried, and greasy food.

(3) If you have scrotal itching, you should actively seek treatment and avoid excessive scratching or scalding, especially with soapy water.

Because this disease is not ringworm, it cannot be treated as ringworm. This disease is most taboo to scratch, rub, friction, scald, etc. Hot water, soap, salt water, alkaline water, etc. should not be used. Iodine, ringworm medicine, garlic and other irritants should not be used externally. As long as you can ensure that you do not scratch or irritate the skin, many patients can get better quickly. This disease is related to emotions. Keeping a good mood, adequate rest and confidence in winning the disease are also key links. For drug treatment, cold compress is the main method in the acute phase. About 3000 ml of clean water can be used each time without adding any drugs, or 3 grams of alum can be added, or 10% phellodendron solution or 30 grams of dandelion, 15 grams of wild chrysanthemum can be decocted and wet compressed after cooling. If there is infection, add 1 gram of chlorhexidine or 0.1 gram of potassium permanganate and dissolve it in 3000 ml of clean water. These methods are very effective for scrotal itching and exudation.

These are basically the common management and protection methods, and you can do them at home. Just pay special attention to the taboos. Also, be careful to avoid staying in humid places. Generally, moisture will easily lead to the occurrence or recurrence of the disease. Patients must have patience and confidence, believing that the disease can be cured and the skin can be restored to smoothness.
