Decoction in water, 1.2 doses per day.

If the rash is dark red, add 10 grams of Lithospermum officinale and 10 grams of Gardenia jasminoides. For those with dry lips and dry mouth, add 10 grams of Ophiopogon japonicus and 15 grams of Phragmites australis. For mouth ulcers and constipation, add 10 grams of Zhishi and 6 grams of raw rhubarb (to be taken later). For patients with convulsions, add 10 grams of Uncaria rhynchophylla and 1.5 grams of Zixuesan.

2. Chinese patent medicine

(1) Niuhuang Qinggong Pills, take orally, 1/2 to 1 pill each time, 2 to 3 times a day, with warm water.

(2) Shenxi Pills: For oral administration, large pills can be broken into pieces and taken 1/2 of a pill at a time. Small pills can be taken at a time, 6 to 9 grams at a time. Take 1 to 2 times a day with warm water.

3. Single prescription: Qingwei Jiedu Decoction (Jiang Yuren et al., Chinese Medicine Pediatrics)

Prescription: 10 grams of Cimicifuga, 6 grams of Coptis chinensis, 10 grams of Paeonia suffruticosa, 10 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 10 grams of Scutellaria baicalensis, and 30 grams of Gypsum gypsum (fried first). Decoction in water, 1-2 doses per day.
