There is a solution to get rid of illness! Improve microcirculation and enhance self-healing ability

How to improve the root cause of pain in the body? Recently, domestic medical experts have proposed this new view: improving "microcirculation" will help enhance "self-healing ability"! Experts believe that there is a hidden commonality among cancer, cerebrovascular disease, heart disease, diabetes, and dementia - they are closely related to "microcirculatory disorders" in the capillary bed. Improving "microcirculation" and optimizing the body's oxygen can help enhance "self-healing ability"!

The most critical lifeline of cells: microvascular bed

What is "microcirculation"? Arteries are like large water pipes under the road; capillaries are like small water pipes at home faucets. It is conceivable that unobstructed arteries do not mean unobstructed capillaries. When it comes to blood circulation, people often confuse "macrocirculation" with "microcirculation", and their concepts remain at the stage of "a pump plus a water pipe" and "a few stents installed".

Thousands of people spend a lot of energy every day on health care, heart and muscle exercise for the sake of health, body shape, disease prevention and anti-aging. They also spend a lot of money on health foods to "take care of blood vessels", but often ignore the most critical lifeline of cells - the "capillary bed".

In their co-authored book, Excellent Oxygen: Improve Microcirculation, Optimize Body Oxygen, and Enhance Self-Healing, Zhang Anzhi, a bachelor of electrical engineering from National Chung Cheng University, Zhuang Yiquan, a doctor of medicine from the Institute of Medicine at Kaohsiung Medical University, and Zeng Qinan, attending physician in cardiac surgery at the Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, proposed that the "microvascular bed" refers to a network composed of many microvessels that densely shuttle through tissues, transporting oxygen, nutrients, and biochemical substances in the blood to every cell in the internal organs of the body and removing metabolic waste from the cells.

In addition, microvessels are the main channels for the migration of white blood cells in the body and are also important for immunity. The microvascular bed near the lesion is the main base for white blood cells in the blood to attack pathogens. A large number of white blood cells pass through the microvessels, arrive near the lesion, and eliminate the pathogens or cancer cells therein.

Exchange phenomena in the microvascular bed: microcirculation

After binding to pathogens, the antigen-expressing white blood cells in the tissues will enter the lymphatic vessels and circulate to the lymph nodes, allowing the B lymphocytes in the lymph nodes to produce corresponding antibodies based on these antigens, and finally flow back into the veins to form a systemic immune defense. Just like the kitchen sink, there is a faucet that delivers clean tap water and a drain for sewage to flow away. These exchange phenomena occurring on the microvascular bed are called "microcirculation."

Moderate exercise can improve microcirculation

How to establish good microcirculation? In most cases, people who maintain exercise habits will have better microcirculation, but there is no absolute correlation because exercise mainly promotes macrocirculation, including cardiopulmonary function. During exercise, the total blood flow through the heart, lungs, muscles and skin (to help dissipate heat) will increase, but the blood flow to the internal organs will decrease. Therefore, exercise may not necessarily improve the microcirculation of the internal organs.

In fact, during exercise, a large amount of metabolic waste such as lactic acid and carbon dioxide will be produced in the body, which may also cause rupture of microvessels in muscles, soft tissues and joints and damage microcirculation. Only moderate exercise can achieve the effect of health care and improve microcirculation. Using the wrong method or exercising with too high intensity will aggravate the hypoxia of certain parts in the long run.

The basic functions of microcirculation include: nutrient supply between blood and each cell of the human body, oxygen supply, waste excretion, maintenance and elimination, and it is also the main battlefield of immune response. Just like factory machines need well-conductive wires, a stable power supply, sufficient supply of raw materials, and proper disposal of waste to ensure normal operation.

Microcirculation disorders can affect the physiological functions of organs

Therefore, the blood flow of a healthy microvascular bed will be comparable to the daily workload (metabolic level) of the internal organs. It can be said that microcirculation is the most important and basic physiological phenomenon for maintaining cell health. If it is obstructed, it will directly affect the physiological functions of the organs and even cause illness. For example, headaches, dizziness, or memory loss are often related to microcirculation disorders in the head and neck, leading to cerebral ischemia.

Improving microcirculation also helps improve high blood pressure. One patient used to have a headache every morning when he woke up and had to take antihypertensive drugs regularly, which led to postural hypotension and even caused him to fall and get injured. However, after using the RF microwave chip for just one week, his average systolic blood pressure dropped from 170 mmHg to 150 mmHg, significantly improving his headache problem and reducing his use of medication.
