How to get rid of those annoying wrinkles on our lips

For women, it is unacceptable to have wrinkles anywhere on their body. Especially when wrinkles appear on the lips, it is even more unbearable. So what can we do to remove wrinkles on our lips?

After cleaning your hands and lips, first apply a thin layer of oil on your lips, such as olive oil, then move your index finger and thumb to gently circle and press from the corner of your mouth to the center, then gradually return to the side of your mouth. Do 5 repetitions as a set, and do 5 sets each time. Next, pinch your lower lip with your index finger and thumb. Keep your thumb still and gently move your index finger to massage your lower lip. Repeat 5 sets to reduce horizontal wrinkles on your lips.

1 First, purse your lips, use the thumbs and index fingers of both hands to tightly pinch the muscles on both sides of your lips, and pull from the middle of your lips to the corners of your mouth.

2 Use your thumb and index finger to pinch the muscles along the lip line.

3 Use the pads of your fingers to push down on the muscles of your upper lip from under your nose.

4 Use the pads of your fingers to pull the muscles upward from the center of the chin to the lower lip.

5 Use the middle and ring fingers of both hands to draw a semicircle from the center of the chin to the philtrum. This massages the orbicularis oris (the muscles around the mouth).
