Insist on sitting bath every day, and also pay attention to shortening the bowel movement time. Try not to play with your mobile phone when going to the toilet. Keep the bowel movement time at about 10 minutes, which is conducive to restoring the function of the anal cushion tissue.

Anal exercise is an exercise that does not require time, space, or posture. The method is very simple. First, calm your mind, close your eyes slightly, and then slowly contract your anus as if you have stopped urinating, and then relax immediately. Practice this contraction and relaxation movement repeatedly, and it is best to do it for five to ten minutes a day.

Constipation, drinking, and eating spicy and irritating foods are the main causes of external hemorrhoids. So avoid these triggers: eat more high-fiber foods (fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, etc.), drink plenty of water, limit alcohol and avoid spicy food (chili peppers, peppercorns, hot pot, etc.), and stay away from unfriendly foods.

Eat raisins and exercise more: Take 30 raisins at 4 pm every day and exercise more often. After a month, the hemorrhoids will heal on their own and will no longer cause trouble.

The above methods are suitable for patients with mild external hemorrhoids. However, if the external hemorrhoids are difficult to heal or are more severe, patients can use Han's Zhibikang externally. It is simple and effective, and will not recur after the external hemorrhoids are cured. In addition, apples, beans, oats, etc. also have a good effect in preventing external hemorrhoids. Fruits such as durian, lychee, longan, and pomegranate are warm and hot in nature, so friends with external hemorrhoids should eat less of them.
