Yongquan Point

Location: The junction of the anterior third and posterior two-thirds of the sole.

Indications: Refreshing the mind, soothing the heart and calming the nerves. It is suitable for symptoms such as dizziness, insomnia, headache and neck pain, hot soles of the feet, stroke, paralysis of the lower limbs, dry eyes and throat, etc.

Sensation: Obvious swelling and pain when pressing locally, which may sometimes radiate to the lower limbs.

Lidui Point

Location: On the outer side of the second toe, 0.1 inch away from the corner of the nail.

Indications: Commonly used for the treatment and health care of facial swelling, mouth soreness, toothache, epistaxis, yellow nasal discharge, chest and abdominal distension, and frequent dreams.

Kunlun Cave

Location: In the depression between the lateral malleolus and the Achilles tendon, at the same level as the highest point of the lateral malleolus.

Indications: Commonly used for the treatment and health care of lumbar pain, heel swelling and pain, headache, neck pain, stiff neck, sciatica and dizziness.

Shenmai Point

Indications: Commonly used for the treatment and health care of headaches, insomnia, and low back and leg pain.

Taixi Point

Location: In the depression between the high point of the medial malleolus and the Achilles tendon.

Indications: Commonly used for the treatment and health care of diseases such as irregular menstruation, spermatorrhea, impotence, difficulty urinating, sore throat, toothache, tinnitus, deafness, insomnia, cough, shortness of breath, low back pain, heel pain, etc.
