For diseases like cysts, we can alleviate the condition through traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods, but generally speaking, the severity of the patient's condition is different, and the methods and drugs used are different. The specific treatment needs to be determined based on the patient's condition. Pyroma is generally as small as a bean or as big as an egg. It is a spherical or hemispherical cyst that is soft and elastic, protrudes above the skin surface, is mobile, and has clear boundaries. There are no subjective symptoms, but bean curd-like substances can be squeezed out, either singly or in multiples, and are prone to occur on the head, face, neck, scrotum, shoulders and back. It is more common in young people and children. Sometimes the tumor is red, swollen, painful, and ruptures and oozes pus. Psoralea is a benign tumor that generally does not become malignant and does not necessarily need to be removed. Some can recover on their own. Sebaceous cyst, also known as cyst, is not a true tumor and is formed by obstruction of the external opening of the sebaceous gland. It often occurs on the head, but can also occur in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue of other parts of the body. When the sebaceous cyst is not infected, the cyst wall should be completely removed, otherwise the residual cyst wall will recur. When there is concurrent infection, antibacterial drugs can be used first. After suppuration, incision and drainage are required, and surgical removal can be performed after the acute inflammation subsides. TCM treatment: 1. For those within 0.5 cm, use a fire needle, but do not injure the deep normal tissue. Squeeze it out if possible, but do not force it. After 2 days, you can squeeze it out with slight force, apply iodine externally, and deiodine with alcohol. If the condition does not improve after one treatment, it can be treated twice. 2. If the area is larger than 0.5 cm, use a micro reverse needle knife, sterilize it routinely, and insert the needle after local anesthesia. Open the skin 0.2-0.3 cm, rub it with a little force, and squeeze out the contents as much as possible. Do not squeeze it hard! Afterwards, use 2 pills of "Liushen Pills" and put them into the deep cavity, then bandage it with dressing. Wait for about 3 days for the pus to be discharged from the inside. Squeeze it slightly and the capsule will usually be discharged along with it. Then disinfect and bandage the local area to achieve a radical cure. 3. External treatment with Chinese medicine: Grind a piece of galangal (available at Chinese medicine stores) into a thick juice and apply the juice to the affected area. 5-6 times a day. |
