Solve tinnitus, these actions are the most practical

Tinnitus is one of the most common diseases in life. Long-term tinnitus can cause great harm to the human body. It will also seriously affect normal work and rest time. It will also cause memory loss, hearing loss, insomnia, etc., which greatly affects human health. In addition to timely treatment of tinnitus, massage can be used to relieve the symptoms of tinnitus.

1. Rub the ear roots

Place your index finger in front and your thumb in the back on the front and back base of the ears, and rub for a total of 3 minutes until the base of the ears is warm. This technique can effectively improve blood circulation in the ear, especially it can play a good therapeutic role in high-pitched tinnitus caused by inner ear ischemia.

2. Palm rubbing therapy

Sit still as above, rub your palms 50 times, and while your palms are still warm, press your ears tightly. Repeat this 6 times for 2-3 days.

3. Breath-holding therapy

Sit quietly with your breath still, clench your teeth, pinch your nostrils with two fingers, close your mouth and pretend to blow air into your ears until you feel a rumbling sound. Do this several times a day for 2-3 days.

4. Ear massage adjustment method

Use both hands to massage the left and right auricles respectively, press and rub repeatedly for one or two minutes, or insert the tip of your middle finger into the patient's ear canal opening, gently shake it dozens of times to expel the air from the external auditory canal, and suddenly pull it out, and there will be a "whoosh" sound. This can be repeated 3 to 5 times.

5. Rub Fengchi acupoint

Fengchi point is located on both sides of the occipital bone at the back of the neck, in the depression between the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the upper trapezius muscle. Use your thumb to massage until you feel soreness and swelling. Massage for 1 minute each time, 3 times a day. Pressing and rubbing the Fengchi point can effectively increase the blood supply to the ear and is most effective for neurological tinnitus.

6. Ming Tian Gu

Rub your palms together to generate heat, then press them on your ears, with your palms facing the ear canals. Place your four fingers behind the pillow and press slowly and hard. Slowly release your hands (be careful to relax gently to avoid inner ear pain) three times. This counts as one time, and you will need five times in total. This technique also gives the middle ear a certain amount of benign stimulation by changing the pressure in the ear canal, and has a good therapeutic effect on low-pitched tinnitus.
