What are the treatments for photoallergic dermatitis?

Solar allergic dermatitis is actually the most disturbing thing, so we should pay attention to active treatment, reduce the inducing and aggravating factors, stay away from allergic factors, do a good job of sun protection, and keep the indoor environment clean and ventilated.

1) Reduce the factors that induce aggravation and irritation, such as mechanical factors (scratching, friction); physical and chemical factors (hot water washing, high temperature, low humidity, irritating drugs); biological factors (animals, plants, microbial infections, etc.); mental stress or depression or digestive dysfunction.

2) Stay away from allergenic factors. This is the most fundamental way to prevent allergic dermatitis. Take O/Min/Ke as early as possible to fundamentally solve the allergy problem. Reduce allergens in the environment as much as possible, such as inhaled allergens (any substance that can be inhaled through the respiratory tract is a potential allergen), including dust, dust mites, cotton wool, pollen (spring, summer and autumn), animal hair, fungi, insects and smoke. Food allergens (allergens that cause allergic reactions when ingested) include fish, shrimp, crab, beef, mutton, eggs, milk, peanuts, soybeans and nuts. Contact allergens (allergens that cause allergies through contact with the skin or mucous membranes), including clothing, dyes, cosmetics, jewelry, topical medications, paints, glues, organic solvents, hair dyes and disinfectants. To create a healthy and hygienic environment, always keep the indoor environment clean, open windows for ventilation, maintain appropriate temperature and humidity, and do not use disinfectants casually; try to minimize children's exposure to pollen in spring; avoid direct sunlight in summer; do not keep pets at home, especially not indoors; use less carpets and vacuum frequently; do not use electric blankets; avoid highly irritating cosmetics, etc.

3) Take care of your skin, take a bath scientifically and reasonably, choose a soap with a neutral pH and no irritation; do not use skin care products indiscriminately, choose soft cotton fabrics for underwear, and do not wear wool or chemical fiber fabrics, as these fabrics are rough and irritating to the skin, and can easily cause dermatitis and eczema.
