How to treat gallstone-filled type and what should we pay attention to?

Gallstones are also called gallbladder stones. Full-type gallstones are more serious than gallstones. They are mostly caused by not receiving timely treatment during the stable period. Full-type gallstones are mostly located in the upper abdomen or right upper abdomen. The most obvious feeling is pain, sometimes accompanied by vomiting and nausea. If full-body gallstones occur, they must be treated promptly and the doctor's advice must be followed to avoid serious harm.

Dangers of full-filled gallstones:

1. It will cause severe biliary colic. Every year, about 30% of "asymptomatic" full-body gallstone patients experience biliary colic. During the asymptomatic period, the gallbladder will continue to shrink and expand at regular intervals, causing severe biliary colic and causing the disease to recur.

2. Full gallstones can cause gallbladder cancer. Gallstones, cholecystitis, and bile duct stones are common in life. Nowadays, gallbladder cancer has also become very common. Patients with gallbladder cancer often suffer from gallbladder stones, which also proves that there is a certain relationship between gallbladder cancer and gallstones.

3. It can cause various types of gallbladder inflammation. Due to the uneven distribution of stones in full-type gallstones, some small stones in the gallbladder enter the common bile duct and become bile duct stones, causing inflammation of the bile duct and entering the duodenum. Repeated occurrences can cause blockage of the bile duct, leading to common bile duct stones and biliary pancreatitis, and can also greatly affect other accessory organs.

Treatment of full-filled gallstones:

1. Traditional open surgery to remove the gallbladder

2. Open laparotomy to explore the bile duct and remove stones

3. Laparoscopic gallbladder removal with micro-incision

4. Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy for exploration of the bile duct and removal of stones

5. Three-mirror combined gallbladder preservation and stone removal (suitable for patients with intact gallbladder function, it is currently the best method to remove stones and preserve the gallbladder.)

The harmful consequences of gallstones are very serious. I hope everyone can develop good living habits and prevent the occurrence of gallbladder diseases. You can also go to a professional hospital for detailed consultation on the dangers of full-type gallstones and other issues.
