Normal anus and hemorrhoids

Normal anus and hemorrhoids

When people develop hemorrhoids, they must receive treatment as soon as possible, otherwise complications will increase and may even cause anal pain. There is a big difference between a normal anus and rectum. The normal anus has a smooth surface, and although the color is slightly dark, it is dark pink, with no cracks or secretions. The anus of hemorrhoids will have protruding masses, and there will be symptoms of ulcers and secretions.

Method/Steps Symptoms 1. Bleeding in the stool, frequent occurrences, a feeling that something is protruding from the anus, or swelling and pain outside the anus, increased secretions, and frequent contamination of underwear, which generally means that you have hemorrhoids.

Symptom 2: The main manifestation of internal hemorrhoids is bleeding during bowel movements, and the amount of blood is large, sometimes dripping, and there is often spurting blood in the stool, without pain or other discomfort. Prolonged and heavy bleeding can cause mild anemia, and even dizziness, shortness of breath, fatigue, and poor spirits. In the middle stage of internal hemorrhoids, hemorrhoids will protrude from the anus during bowel movements, and can return to the anus on their own after bowel movements.

Symptom 3: Third-stage internal hemorrhoids (i.e. late stage internal hemorrhoids). Hemorrhoids protrude from the anus after defecation and cannot be returned to the anus by themselves. They need external force from the hands or rest to return to the anus. Coughing, labor, effort, work or excessive fatigue can cause hemorrhoids to protrude from the anus, and the secretions increase, and the anus becomes wet and uncomfortable. If there is excessive activity and severe friction, infection, swelling and pain may occur. If the anus cannot be returned to the anus in time, hemorrhoids may become incarcerated and necrotic. Medically, this type of hemorrhoids is called incarcerated hemorrhoids. Symptom 4. Middle and late stage internal hemorrhoids are generally caused by the proliferation of fibrous tissue on the surface of hemorrhoids. Most of the bleeding is reduced, and the main symptoms are prolapse and increased secretions.

Precautions: 1. Exercise; develop the habit of regular bowel movements; 2. Keep the area around the anus clean; use potassium permanganate for a sitz bath and Qifeng (囧) Tang hemorrhoid cream; 3. Keep the lower body warm; avoid sitting or standing for long periods of time; 4. Do pelvic floor exercises regularly; self-massage
