Neck twisting technique

Neck twisting technique

The neck is an important part that connects the torso and the head. We usually rely on the support of the neck when we turn our head. But the neck is also a very sensitive area. If you twist your neck deliberately, this situation is most likely to occur when dancing. Most people should not twist their necks randomly, otherwise it is easy to sprain their necks, some of which are even very serious and require some skills. So, what are the techniques for twisting your neck?

1. Tips for twisting your neck:

1.1. Place your palms on both sides of your face, keep your head still, and use your left face to touch your left hand, and your right face to touch your right hand. Be careful not to tilt your head, as it is your neck that is moving. You will get it after practicing a few times!

1.2. First, turn your head and neck to one side as far as possible, then slowly straighten your head. This is the instantaneous state of the movement; then do it again in the opposite direction.

1.3. Feel the muscles in two states: In fact, the neck tilts to the left and the head tilts to the right at the same time; when the neck swings to the right, the head tilts to the left at the same time.

2. Twisting neck training tips 2:

2.1. Tilt your neck to the left as far as possible, keep your face facing forward, and do not move your shoulders and waist. Then move according to your own limits and put your ears against your shoulders. Don't overdo it, take it slow.

2.2. Same as step 2, to the right.

23. Repeat 2.3.

2.4. Cross your forearms with the crossed point placed in front of your chest, open your palms, and place the backs of your hands facing your cheeks. Consider the opening angle yourself.

2.5. Try to press your face against the back of your hand, repeating left and right. Principle: Stretch the tendons on both sides of the neck.
