Why does my hand hurt?

3. Hot palms caused by malnutrition and spleen deficiency

It is more common in children. Due to weak spleen and stomach and irregular diet, the spleen and stomach function of children is abnormal, resulting in digestive dysfunction and food accumulation disease. The symptoms are often loss of appetite, flushed cheeks, hot palms and soles, abdominal distension and belching. If a child has hot palms and soles, neither the yin-nourishing method nor the blood-nourishing method can be used.
