Exercise movements: Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, raise your arms straight up and cross them behind your head. At this time, your lower abdomen should lean forward slightly, and your hands should be stretched upward as far as possible and then pressed back, concentrating all your strength and mind on your lumbar spine. Then the power is emitted from the lumbar spine, causing the arms to press down from the back of the head to the sides of the body with the largest arc, while squatting down. Finally, the hands cross between the knees. At the end, concentrate the mind on the front of the feet for 5 seconds. Your heels must not leave the ground. (When pressing the arms down to the sides, the arms do not use any strength, it is the waist that is exerting the force) When standing up again, use the front of your feet to apply force first as the starting energy. Then focus all your strength and thoughts on your lumbar spine again. Don't use any strength in your legs to stand up. Cross your hands from your chest to the top of your head and then to the back of your head.
