Dandruff on the legs is related to the skin being too dry. Especially in winter, the problem of leg standing guard and withdrawing cash is prone to occur. Dandruff on the legs makes the entire skin look wrinkled and creates a visually aged feeling. Therefore, once dandruff appears on the legs, it should be removed in time. 1. Keep your legs warm

In winter, many people take their appearance into consideration and do not like to wear thick clothes on their lower body. The cold air will take away the moisture on the legs, making the skin on the legs dry. Therefore, you should not only care about style but also keep your lower body warm. Sometimes you can also choose some short leg covers or knee pads to prevent your legs from feeling cold often.

2. Change your underwear frequently

In winter, even if you turn on the bathroom heater or small solar heater, taking a bath at home will never be a pleasure, so most people will not take a bath every day, but they must change their underwear frequently.

This prevents leg dandruff from remaining on clothes and leaving side effects. The friction between skin and clothes may generate static electricity, which will aggravate the flaking condition. In addition, dandruff may breed bacteria.

3. Do not use too high a bath water temperature

Don't use too hot water when bathing in winter to avoid excessive removal of sebum, which will make the skin drier and more prone to flaking.

Also, do not frequently use cleaning products such as shower gel and soap with strong grease-removing ability, otherwise, it will aggravate the dryness and peeling of the skin on your legs.

4. Apply moisturizer appropriately

Starting from autumn and winter, you should pay attention to skin care. When washing your feet, try to wash your calves as well. After washing, let them dry naturally and then apply body lotion on your calves.

The brand doesn’t matter, olive oil can also be used as a substitute for face cream or hand cream, just apply it frequently. After applying, massage for a while and you can put on pants or go to sleep after it is absorbed normally.

5. Choose cotton pants

Your everyday pants shouldn’t be too tight, and try not to choose pants made of non-breathable fabrics for the sake of appearance, such as faux leather leggings.

If you are already experiencing peeling, please choose cotton long johns that are well ventilated and moisturizing and wear close to your legs. If you wear synthetic long johns, excessive friction with dry legs will generate static electricity, which will aggravate the peeling condition.

6. Pay attention to diet and hydration

Eat more foods rich in collagen, such as pork skin, to ensure skin elasticity. You can also supplement vitamin B appropriately and eat more milk, mushrooms, fungus, peanuts, sesame seeds, almonds, etc., which will also have unexpected effects!
