There is an urgent need to find a solution to the problem of childhood obesity. Obesity can seriously endanger children's health and has become the focus of social attention. So how can children lose weight if they are too fat?

1. The first thing is to control their diet. Children cannot be allowed to eat only meat for three meals a day. They must have a combination of meat and vegetables, and it is best to eat more vegetables than meat. Children should not be allowed to eat too much at each meal. Nowadays, many parents, especially grandparents, often pick up food for their grandchildren at the dinner table, and then say "eat more, eat more" while picking up food. This behavior is very bad and can easily form wrong eating habits for children.

2. Normally, don’t let your children eat too many snacks. Snacks are just small treats to be eaten occasionally. They are absolutely not allowed to eat them non-stop. And don’t agree to any request from your children just because they cry.

3. Take your children out to play more often. You can take them to fly kites or climb mountains, and let them move more.

4. Encourage your child to go out and play with other children of the same age. Don’t let him stay at home all the time. This is not only not conducive to the healthy physical growth of the child, but also not conducive to the healthy development of the child’s character.

5. Let your child do some purposeful exercise, such as climbing stairs and running. The amount of exercise should not be too much at the beginning, but can be increased slowly. You can buy your child a skateboard or a bicycle. Children are willing to play with these things, which is the best.

6. If you don’t have much time to take care of your children, you can enroll them in some training classes, let them play table tennis, practice taekwondo, etc., which are all good ways to exercise.
