Since it needs to be worn close to the body, there are many things to pay attention to when wearing it. For example, the underwear must be washed clean and it is best to disinfect and sterilize it. In addition, if the underwear is wet, you cannot wear it, because wearing wet underwear frequently can easily cause the following diseases!

1. Eczema

Eczema is a skin inflammatory reaction with severe itching caused by a variety of internal and external factors. It is divided into three stages: acute, subacute and chronic. The acute phase has an exudative tendency, while the chronic phase has infiltration and hypertrophy. Some patients directly present with chronic eczema. The skin lesions are characterized by polymorphism, symmetry, itching and easy recurrence.

The causes of eczema are complex and are often the result of the interaction of internal and external factors. Internal factors such as chronic digestive system diseases, mental stress, insomnia, excessive fatigue, mood changes, endocrine disorders, infections, metabolic disorders, etc., and external factors such as living environment, climate change, food, etc. can all affect the occurrence of eczema. External stimuli such as sunlight, cold, dryness, heat, hot water washing, various animal furs, plants, cosmetics, soaps, artificial fibers, etc. can all induce it. It is a delayed allergic reaction caused by complex internal and external factors.

2. Dermatitis

It is a general term for inflammatory skin diseases caused by various internal and external infections or non-infectious factors. It is not an independent disease. Its etiology and clinical manifestations are complex and diverse, and it recurs repeatedly, making clinical treatment more difficult. The concept and classification of dermatitis and eczema has always been a controversial issue in the dermatology academic community. In the past, the two were used as synonyms without strict distinction. For example, some people also called atopic dermatitis atopic eczema.

3. Tinea cruris

All annular or semi-annular skin lesions caused by pathogenic fungi invading the inner side of the groin are collectively called tinea cruris, which is actually a special type of tinea corporis in the pubic and femoral areas.

It is often caused by Epidermophyton floccosum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton rubrum, etc. Sometimes, Candida albicans also invades the groin area and presents as erythematous desquamative patches with papulovesicles on the edges. This disease is prone to occur in warm and humid seasons, and men with excessive sweating are particularly susceptible to it. People in special occupations, such as car drivers and those who sit for long periods of time, are also prone to the disease.
