The man with the best body must be red, bright, thick and soft

Everyone knows that when you go to see a Chinese doctor, the doctor will look at the tongue to observe the condition of the body. In fact, not only can you know whether your body is healthy or not by the state of the tongue, you can also observe the color and thickness of the ears. There are many acupuncture points on the ear, which are a microcosm of overall health.

The shape of everyone's ears is similar, but just slightly different. After women reach 35 years old and men reach 40 years old, some aging changes will gradually appear. The length of Chinese people's ears is about 5 to 8 cm, with an average length of 6.5 cm. Good ears should be close to the cheeks, rosy, bright, moist, and subtle. The longer, thicker, softer, and brighter the better.

The main disease patterns of ear disease color are basically the same as the judgment method of complexion. Generally speaking, white is the main color of deficiency and cold; yellow is the main color of dampness and spleen disease; red is the main color of heat syndrome; cyan is the main color of liver disease, qi stagnation, blood stasis, pain, and convulsions; black is the main color of kidney disease, water retention, and blood stasis, etc. No matter what color the auricle appears, bright and moist is auspicious, while dull and dry is ominous. Bright colors indicate a new illness, while dark colors indicate a long-term illness. However, people's skin color varies, so we cannot judge based on a casual glance. We need to observe carefully in daily life, and when there are obvious changes in ear color, we should pay attention.

There are more than 260 acupoints on the ear, which are related to the internal organs. Taking good care of your ears can keep your entire body healthy. Massaging the earlobes is equivalent to massaging the head. Place your fingers on the earlobes and massage in a way that feels comfortable until your ears become warm. This can improve brain function and eyesight, and can also treat headaches, dizziness, neurasthenia, tinnitus, etc. Because it is easy to do, you can rub your earlobes while watching TV. When you are tired from working in the office and your eyes are sore, you can also massage yourself for 3 to 5 minutes each time.

First: Treat shortness of breath, fatigue, and sweating

Many patients experience shortness of breath, fatigue, and sweating very easily. If you also feel very sleepy during the day, it is very likely that your body is suffering from qi deficiency.

How to massage your ears:

Use both hands to press the four ear points, which are divided into the ear reflex areas of the heart, lungs, stomach and duodenum. At the same time, it should also be supplemented with some meridian massage and medicated diet conditioning, such as taking some Yi Zhong Buqi Pills, or eating more jujube and yam porridge on a daily basis.

Second: Pale face and dry eyes

If the patient appears pale, with white lips, nails, etc., and numb hands and feet, dry eyes and rapid heartbeat often occur in daily life, if the patient is a female friend, the menstrual volume will decrease and the complexion will be dull. Then we can think that this is a case of blood deficiency in the body. If we want to treat it, the most important thing is to replenish the blood.

If the patient also has indigestion and loss of appetite, the first thing to do is to regulate the spleen and stomach and increase appetite. If it is caused by excessive blood loss, then you should focus on replenishing blood and eat more blood-replenishing foods.
