The prevention of spring diseases should be taken seriously by friends of all ages, because the harm caused by these diseases to the body is relatively large. 1. Dress scientifically:

Follow the traditional rule of "cover in spring and keep warm in autumn". Don't rush to take off your winter clothes in early spring. Pay special attention to keeping your feet warm. Add or remove clothes as appropriate according to weather changes and physical condition.

2. Open windows frequently:

6. Balanced nutrition:

Children who are picky eaters are most likely to suffer from decreased immunity. In order to enhance the body's disease resistance, reasonable and balanced nutrition is very important. Parents can consciously increase the intake of calcium-rich fish, shrimp and soy products, appropriately increase high-quality protein, pay attention to the intake of vegetables and fruits, appropriately match coarse grains and whole grains, and avoid high-sugar, high-fat and fried foods.

7. Ensure sleep:

Make sure your child gets enough sleep at night and doesn't let him/her become overly tired, because an unbalanced life can lead to an unbalanced immune response.
