How do moles come about?

Hemorrhoids are a relatively common anorectal disease. There are many causes of hemorrhoids, which are closely related to some bad living habits. For example, standing or sitting for a long time may cause such a phenomenon. In addition, if constipation is often present, it may cause damage, thereby inducing the occurrence of hemorrhoids. Bad eating habits, eating too much meat and fish, and drinking frequently are also causes of hemorrhoids.

How do moles come about?

1. Standing or sitting for a long time:

Many people have to stand or sit for long periods of time for work, life and study, but they don’t realize that this can easily lead to hemorrhoids. When people sit or stand for a long time, the blood circulation in the anal veins will not be smooth, and blood will easily accumulate, causing the veins in the loose tissue under the mucosa to expand and become varicose, resulting in hemorrhoids.

2. Constipation factor: If you suffer from constipation, it is easy to take too long to defecate or have long-term diarrhea, which will increase abdominal pressure, cause congestion in the anorectal area, varicose veins, and hemorrhoids.

3. Bad eating habits:

Nowadays, many people have irregular living habits, drink a lot of alcohol, and are addicted to spicy food, such as chili, mustard, pepper, ginger and other irritating foods, which can easily cause local congestion of the rectal mucosa, irritation of the anal skin, and burning pain, which can become a trigger for hemorrhoids or aggravate the condition.

4. Pregnancy and childbirth:

When a pregnant woman is pregnant, venous return is obstructed and the blood vessels in the rectum dilate. At the same time, due to the increase in progesterone levels in the pregnant woman's body, the blood vessels dilate and cause hemorrhoids.

5. Professional relationship:

Standing or sitting for a long time, carrying heavy loads for a long time, will affect venous return, slow down the blood flow in the pelvis and cause congestion of abdominal organs, causing excessive filling of the hemorrhoidal veins, decreased venous wall tension, and easy blood congestion and dilation of blood vessels. Insufficient exercise, reduced intestinal peristalsis, slow downward movement of feces, or habitual constipation can compress and stimulate the veins, causing local congestion and blood reflux obstruction, increasing the pressure in the hemorrhoidal veins and reducing the resistance of the venous wall.

6. Local irritation and improper diet:

Exposure to cold or heat in the anus area, constipation, diarrhea, excessive drinking and eating spicy food can all irritate the anus and rectum, causing congestion in the hemorrhoidal venous plexus, affecting venous blood return and resulting in a decrease in the resistance of the venous wall. In addition, old age, physical weakness, long-term illness, loose and weak anal sphincter, and excessive fatigue can all induce the formation of hemorrhoids.

In addition to the causes mentioned above, there are many other causes of hemorrhoids that we do not pay attention to. Therefore, understanding the causes of hemorrhoids is very important for preventing hemorrhoids. Because we understand the causes of hemorrhoids, we can better avoid inducing factors and actively do a good job of prevention, so that people can truly and effectively stay away from hemorrhoids and get rid of the troubles and torture of this disease.
