Skin allergy makes your face red, identifying the symptoms is the key

Skin allergy is a pathological reaction. When allergens enter the human body, antibody cells mistakenly take them as pathogens and produce antibody responses, attacking normal human cells, thus causing allergic reactions. When the human body is allergic, redness and swelling will usually occur, accompanied by itching and irritation. Allergens are mostly pollen, dust and other substances. Generally, allergies tend to occur when the seasons change.

1. Factors affecting skin allergies

The factors that affect skin allergies can be divided into two categories: internal and external factors. Internal factors are related to the individual, such as genetics, endocrine system, race, etc., which may cause allergies. External factors such as environment, lifestyle, and skin care products may cause skin reactions.

2. Neurodermatitis

The first allergic reaction is neurodermatitis. This type of allergy is the most common, generally caused by mental stress, emotional excitement and other factors. Its main feature is abnormal itching at the site of disease, and scratching the affected area will cause the cortex to thicken.

3. Peach Blossom Ringworm

The name mainly comes from the symptoms of the affected area. When the disease occurs, some light pink circular red spots will appear on the affected area, which will be a little itchy and occasionally peeling will occur. Generally, ringworm occurs in spring, which is mostly related to the patient's physical constitution, as well as malnutrition and excessively dry skin.

4. Seasonal allergies

Some people will suffer from severe allergies when the seasons change, not only will they experience redness, swelling and peeling, but they may also develop dryness and red spots. This problem is not only related to personal skin quality, but may also be related to age, food, climate, etc.

5. General treatment measures

Once skin allergies occur, do not use medication without authorization, ensure adequate sleep, and eat a light and nutritionally balanced diet. Avoid sun exposure to prevent pigmentation and irreversible scarring. Anti-inflammatory drugs should only be used after confirmation by a doctor. When you have allergies, you should avoid skin irritation and choose a mild shower gel to help allergies recover quickly.
