Timid and easily frightened, dizziness, palpitations, restlessness and insomnia, frequent strange dreams at night, tinnitus and deafness; or nausea, hiccups, dizziness, and epilepsy. The tongue coating is white and greasy, and the pulse is stringy and slippery.

Prescription interpretation:

The effect of Wen Dan Tang is not to warm the gallbladder, but to clear the gallbladder and harmonize the stomach. It is composed of Erchen Tang plus two herbs: Zhi Shi and Zhu Ru. Erchen Decoction is mainly used to transform phlegm and dampness in the middle burner. However, if phlegm and dampness are disturbed by the internal fire of the gallbladder, they will go up against the flow and cause disharmony between the gallbladder and stomach. Therefore, on the one hand, it is necessary to dry out dampness and transform phlegm, and on the other hand, it is necessary to reduce the adverse flow, harmonize the stomach, and clear the gallbladder fire. Therefore, on the basis of Erchen Decoction, we add Zhishi, which can promote qi and resolve phlegm, and combine it with Pinellia, which can dry dampness and resolve phlegm, to relieve adverse reactions and harmonize the stomach; then add Zhuru, which can clear heat and resolve phlegm, and combine it with Chenpi, which can regulate qi and dry dampness, to stop vomiting and harmonize the stomach.

To infer the properties of acupoints based on the properties of the medicine, in addition to the Erchen Decoction - Yinlingquan and Fenglong, which are used to strengthen the spleen, eliminate dampness and resolve phlegm, you can add scraping or cupping on the heart, diaphragm, liver, gallbladder, spleen and stomach points to clear away heat and purge fire. Diaphragmatic

Stomach
