Five kinds of ingredients that can be used as medicine and food: 3 grams of tangerine peel, 3 grams of gardenia, 5 grams of licorice, 3 grams of monk fruit, and 3 grams of puffed sea. The method of making tangerine peel and yellow gardenia tea is to mash the ingredients and boil them in water for half an hour, pour out the soup and drink it, 2 to 3 times a day. You can drink more if the condition is serious. If you don't want to brew it, you can consider using already ground tea powder, which is more convenient to brew and drink.

Tangerine peel is a common medicinal food in traditional Chinese medicine. It can dispel cold, dry dampness, promote qi and eliminate phlegm. It has the effects of relieving cough, reducing phlegm, clearing the lungs and ventilating the lungs for patients with bronchitis. At the same time, it is combined with gardenia, licorice, monk fruit and Sterculia lychnophora to complement each other and relieve sore throat and inflammation.

Principle: Tangerine peel: It has the effects of regulating qi, relieving fullness, drying dampness and resolving phlegm, and is mainly used to treat cough with excessive phlegm.

Gardenia: It has the effect of cooling blood and detoxifying, and is mainly used to clear lung heat and resolve phlegm.

Luo Han Guo: It has the effects of clearing heat and moistening the lungs, relieving sore throat and opening voice, and lubricating the intestines and relieving constipation.

Plantago ovata: used for hoarseness due to lung heat, dry cough without sputum, dry and sore throat, constipation due to heat accumulation, headache and red eyes.

Licorice: It has the effects of tonifying the spleen and replenishing qi, clearing away heat and detoxifying, removing phlegm and relieving cough, and relieving pain.
