How to treat hemorrhoids, blood in stool and rectal prolapse

There are many reasons for hair loss, one of the most important reasons is hemorrhoids. When hemorrhoids are more serious, it is easy to cause the tumor to fall out, which is a more serious symptom for hemorrhoid patients. There are many treatment methods for rectal prolapse. Relatively mild cases can be treated with some medications, both oral and topical. If the case is more serious, surgery can be considered.

What is the best way to treat hemorrhoids and rectal prolapse? For the treatment of hemorrhoids and rectal prolapse, PPH surgery is used. This surgery uses a special surgical instrument called "PPH stapler" to perform circular resection of the rectal mucosa and submucosal tissue to effectively treat hemorrhoids and rectal prolapse. Compared with traditional surgery, PPH surgery has the following advantages: short operation time (the entire operation takes 15 minutes), less postoperative pain, quick recovery time, short hospitalization time (only 2 to 3 days of hospitalization after surgery), fewer postoperative complications (such as anal stenosis, fecal incontinence, etc.) and low recurrence rate.

Since this operation adopts the treatment method of "treating the disease from below and from above", the tissue cutting and anastomosis are completed instantly while retaining the anal cushion tissue, thus achieving the purpose of blocking the bleeding of the blood vessels supplying the diseased tissue while suspending and fixing the slipped tissue upwards. Therefore, there is almost no pain after PPH surgery, and the root cause of hemorrhoids is eliminated, avoiding the recurrence of hemorrhoids and rectal prolapse.

Advantages of PPH technique in treating hemorrhoidal prolapse: 1. Safety: No need to remove the anal cushions, retaining the normal function of the anus to the greatest extent, avoiding complications such as anal stenosis and anal incontinence. 2. Painless: The normal tissue that has prolapsed from the anus is pulled back to its original position, and the blood vessels that supply blood to the hemorrhoids are cut off at the same time, without damaging the skin around the anus, so there is almost no pain after the operation. 3. No need for hospitalization: Traditional surgical methods require hospitalization for 7-10 days, while PPH surgery does not require hospitalization. 4. The recurrence rate is extremely low: as long as the patient pays attention to diet and does not drink alcohol after the operation, there will be no recurrence during the follow-up visit.
